For me, yoga is not about reaching a specific goal or attainment by forcing your body into a deep pose, but is an extraordinary opportunity to work within your limits to safely and slowly open your body.

- The use of breath, meditation and asana postures generate energy and bring the autonomic nervous system into balance.
